Job Title: Order Processing Customer Support Representative

Working Hours: MF 8 am5 pm CST

Salary: $900 $1000 per month

Industry: Apparel & Fashion

About the Role:

Customer Service & Order Processing position for a fastgrowing apparel fashion company that has been in business for 10 years.

We are seeking a new team member to help support our growth who possesses the following qualities: selfdriven can work in a fastpaced environment ability to multitask strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

The main responsibilities will be to support the operations team in managing customer support inquiries and issues. This person will be accountable for managing all customer service issues that arise identify solve and communicate to the customer. And process new sales orders / order entry into the accounting software.


Key Responsibilities:


Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via email addressing issues related to orders shipping and product discrepancies with professionalism and empathy.

Order Management: Accurately enter new sales orders into our accounting software ensuring all details are correct and uptodate.

Tracking and Updates: Monitor the status of orders including tracking missing boxes/packages providing timely updates to customers and resolving any discrepancies.

Issue Resolution: Handle damaged or defective items by issuing credit memos and creating UPS claims as needed.

Vendor Communication: Liaise with screen printing and embroidery vendors regarding order statuses reshipping and returns to ensure customer satisfaction.

Call Tag Management: Create and track call tags for returns ensuring a smooth process for customers.

Pipeline Oversight: Crosscheck order pipeline tasks for completion ensuring all processes are followed and deadlines are met.

Database Management: Maintain accurate records in our database ensuring all customer interactions and order details are documented.

Qualifications:

Language Skills: Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Motivation and Energy: High degree of energy and motivation with a strong desire to succeed in a fastpaced environment.

Time Management: Strong multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.

Independence: Ability to work independently exercising sound judgment and decisionmaking skills.

FollowUp: Responsive with an organized followup method to ensure customer satisfaction.
