About the Job:

We are seeking a fulltime Customer Care ociate to join our team. As a Customer Care ociate you are the direct link between our brand and our valued customers. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a positive brand experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Master our brand voice and product offerings to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and uptodate information.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process returns exchanges and refunds according to company guidelines.
  • Gather and doent customer feedback to share with the CX team.
  • Collaborate with shipping partners to resolve delivery issues and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Proactively contact customers regarding backordered items providing updates and estimated delivery times.
  • ist in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for customer care tasks to enhance efficiency and consistency.
  • Review and address potential order issues such as incorrect addresses or fraud flags.

About You:

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Characteristics:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication ss with a strong ability to build rapport with customers.
  • A positive and solutionsoriented attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Effective collaboration ss and the ability to work seamlessly with team members.
