About the Job:
We are seeking a fulltime Customer Care ociate to join our team. As a Customer Care ociate you are the direct link between our brand and our valued customers. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a positive brand experience.
Responsibilities:
- Master our brand voice and product offerings to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and uptodate information.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Process returns exchanges and refunds according to company guidelines.
- Gather and doent customer feedback to share with the CX team.
- Collaborate with shipping partners to resolve delivery issues and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Proactively contact customers regarding backordered items providing updates and estimated delivery times.
- ist in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for customer care tasks to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Review and address potential order issues such as incorrect addresses or fraud flags.

- 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
