Sales Director (Estate Agency)
Swindon
£50000 base salary
£100000 OTE
Monday Friday1 in 4 Saturdays (soon to be no Saturdays)
The Role
We are working with a highly reputable market leading and well elished Estate Agency who are looking for an enthusiastic and personable new Sales Director to start as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will have:
- Management experience within estate agency
- Estate agency sales experience
- Be reliable and happy to support the current partner in running the office
- Motivated and hungry for success
- Good knowledge of the local area is desirable
- Strong leadership ss
- Full UK Driving licence and own car
- Supporting the current partner in running the office
- Manage the team
- Contribute towards growing the business
- Securing new business
- Ensuring the team are on track for KPIs
