Job Summary
With their knowledge on business processes and data flows the S4HANA IT Business AnalystSales acts as a link between business processes and systems and liaises closely with Sales Purchasing and Logistics domain experts as well as the business and 3rd party suppliers. Being mainly responsible to manage the operational changes raised by business challenging them and proposing solutions to improve business process. They are responsible for ensuring proper business improvement as well as operational service improvement. They can contribute on business demand process and also contribute to project execution as functional lead of the area delivering prestudy and implementing new solutions across the organization.
Responsibilities & Duties
Collaborate with business units and external parties to gather and explore requirements and solutions.
Validate and verify solution designs and effort estimations for SAP change requests.
Manage domain workload capacity allocation and prioritize SAP change requests.
Identify and address problems through Root Cause Analysis and corrective actions.
Ensure alignment with key users and adherence to company standards and compliance.
Oversee documentation assess the impact of changes and manage regression testing.
Ensure seamless integration between domain functions operations and thirdparty suppliers.
Essential Skills
Bachelor s Degree required in Technology Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience. Master s degree in technology or business administration a plus.
5 to 8 years of experience in an international IT environment with SAP SD module.
Strong knowledge of SAP Modules SD is a must. Knowledge of MM modules is a strong plus.
Strong understanding of Sales processes including SOX and in managing respective applications.
Experience with Salesforce solution is considered a significant advantage.
Demonstrated ability to develop and introduce innovations.
Excellent organizational planning and problem resolution skills with the ability to multitask.
Proactive open minded and flexible personality with experience in working on a matrix environment. Strong communicator.
Nice to have Skills
Fluent in English. Additional languages such as French and German are a big plus.
Some travel could be required in Europe and US.
Background Check Required
You should be authorised to work in France or Switzerland.
