Job Description

Right now were looking for a Commercial Excellence Partner to join our global Marine team. As a Commercial Excellence Partner you will play a key role in implementing commercial processes and sales excellence activities within the region.
You can look for forward to working with a diverse group of ambitious and talented people from many different backgrounds giving you a unique global network.
Here are some key responsibilities to look forward to
- Actively work with and support the Regional Sales managers to reach their targets/ budgets through clear commercial processes including facilitating pipeline processes with the sales team to help drive growth
- Facilitate performance reviews with country/regional managers
- Drive implementation & effective sales tools (CRM & Power BI) usage
- See opportunities for improvement in commercial processes
- Develop win/loss ysis and use takeaways to shape the approach to new business opportunities and give recommendations to management
- Support Global ComEx team with the definition and standardization of the commercial processes and with incountry insights to improve understanding & decision making
- Lead adhoc strategic commercial projects
This role to be based in Bahrain and reports into Commercial Excellence Manager.
Furthermore we expect that you have
- Graduate in Business or Econometrics/Data Science or any data heavy subject area
- Experience with project management tools Miro Trello Power BI CRM etc and excellent MSOffice ss to handle large date set ysis
- Behaves with high level of autonomy identifies and challenges needs
- Ability to converse fluently in English (verbal and written)
- Strong ytical ss and excellent presentation ss
- Excellent interpersonal ss with ability to interact with negotiate & inspire changes
- Phenomenal teammate motivated positive and highly organized
- Ability to work in a fastpaced global matrix environment
