Job Description
- Transfer of technical insights from the market to internal Hempel functions
- Urgent trouble shooting on site or by phone/email
- Coordination of R&D activities during complaint handling
- Conduct visits to customers in relation to new and existing projects
- Provide trainings to customers on-site and technical trainings to other departments.
- Review and/or development of customer/client specifications.
- Presentations at customer seminars or international conferences
- Provide technical input to the New Solution process
- Support on launching new products to the market and also phasing out existing products
- Responsible for Technical product documentation, guidelines and procedures
