Job Description
- Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other stakeholders, to define and deliver project requirements.
- Ensure the implementation of best practices in coding, architecture, and security.
- Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and enforce coding standards.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance our development process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
