Overview
The Procurement Executive plays a crucial role in the smooth functioning of the procurement department ensuring timely and costeffective acquisition of goods and services while maintaining high quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products and services
- Negotiate review and manage contracts with suppliers
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to enhance costeffectiveness and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide timely support
- Manage the procurement cycle from sourcing to delivery ensuring compliance with organizational policies
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues to ensure consistent quality and delivery
- Analyze data and market trends to make informed procurement decisions
- Oversee inventory management and maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to leverage better terms and pricing

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards
- Participate in the development of procurement policies and procedures

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Proven experience working in procurement or supply chain management
- Demonstrated knowledge of procurement processes sourcing methods and contract management
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other procurement software
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities
- Sound understanding of supply chain principles and inventory management
- Indepth knowledge of regulatory requirements and ethical standards in procurement
- Proven track record of delivering cost savings and process improvements
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment
- Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in procurement documentation
