Job Responsibilities:
Client Dealing & Sales: Actively engage with customers assist them in selecting jewelry and provide product knowledge to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Inventory Management: Maintain and manage inventory levels update stock regularly and ensure the display is organized and replenished as needed.
ClientFacing Role: Represent the brand with professionalism maintaining a welcoming and friendly environment for clients.
Billing & Packaging: Handle the billing process efficiently using the POS system ensure accurate invoicing and package items with care to enhance the customer experience.
Communication Skills: Provide excellent customer service in English (spoken and written) with clear and professional communication.
Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is tidy presentable and in line with the brand s standards at all times.
Key Requirements:
Experience: At least 1 year of relevant sales experience in the fashion or jewelry industry.
Skills: Proficient in client communication billing systems and inventory management.
Appearance: Wellgroomed presentable and capable of creating a positive brand impression.
Language: Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
