Job Description
- Assesses the physical psychosocial and educational needs of the patient.
- Plans and implements nursing care according to patient and family needs.
- Makes appropriate interventions based upon individual patient needs.
- Evaluates patient responses to nursing interventions.
- Assumes personal responsibility for quality patient care patient satisfaction environment and professional development.
Requirement description :
- 2 years Experience Required
- Resume with experience above listed
- Michigan license verification is required for nurses LARA
- Physical copies of certifications required
- Must complete this form McLaren Per Diem Application Questionnaire. Downloading this form turns it into a fillable PDF for convenience. Please have the clinician and fill out upon application in order for AHSA to move forward
- AHSA will review and deem a clinicians application eligible/ineligible for an offer
- Offer will be made to agency
- Once Offer Acceptance is received AHSA will send confirmation details to the facility
- Facility will have 48 hours to name clear clinician eligible for work
- AHSA will inform agency that the clinician has been namecleared & is ready to start compliance
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
