COVID VACCINE REQUIRED
This position functions as a Registered Nurse (RN) providing direct care to patients on the Mental Health Unit using the nursing process. This includes ongoing assessment of the total patient. The RN provides interventions to treat the presenting symptoms and evaluates the effect of nursing interventions and patients responses. This position functions as a team member and resource to others. The RN delegates oversees and provides direction to Mental Health Counselors. The RN is responsible for meeting the needs of all types of psychiatric patients including those with medical complications.

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Active at the time of submission.

On Call Requirements : None

Requirement description :
- 1 Year of Experience Required
- Travel Preferred
- Work History
- Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the specialty
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms taken within the last two years
- License/Certifications (MI LARA & BLS AHA CPI)
- Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates 50 mile radius restriction)
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- BLS (AHA)
- CPI
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- Michigan
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Active at the time of submission.
