We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) the emergency Room (ER) to join a great ER team in Seattle VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing highquality patient care and be skilled in emergency nursing practices. As an RN you will play a crucial role in rapidly assessing patient needs developing immediate care plans and implementing effective treatment strategies in a fastpaced environment. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where you can make a significant impact on the lives of patients during critical moments.
$8000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment. This bonus is in addition to the fantastic benefits and competitive compensation package starting on your first day of employment.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Registered Nurse. At least 2 years of experience in Med Surge. Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures. Expertise in emergency care. In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination, etc.) with a commitment to following them at all times. A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsible, compassionate, and patient-focused with excellent problem-solving skills. Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities. BSN or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN). A valid nursing license.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider ACLS American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider PALS American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
- 1 year of Nursing experience
Preferred Qualification:
- National Certification in area of specialty upon hire
Benefits
Pay Range: $49.77 $73.13
Extra Incentives:
- Evening shift differential $2.85/hour
- Night shift differential $6.20/hour

Additional Compensation Opportunities:
The amounts listed are the base pay range. Additional compensation may be available for this role including shift differentials standby/oncall pay overtime premiums extra shift incentives or bonus opportunities.
