Job Description
Role: Test Lead
Location: MetroDetroit MI.
Work Authorization: USC GC H4EAD H1B Transfer & GCEAD
Job Type: Hybrid

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate testing efforts and document test cases.
- Execute and track the completion of test cases.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy covering objectives scope test levels techniques and resources.
- Lead the creation of detailed test plans including objectives schedules deliverables resource allocation and environment setup. Ensure the team follows a structured approach.
- Collaborate with the test team to create test scenarios and cases that comprehensively address all functionalities and requirements.
- Review test artifacts (test cases scripts data) for quality consistency and alignment with the test strategy.
- Oversee test case execution ensuring adherence to the plan and timely resolution of issues. Provide regular updates to clients and management.
- Consolidate findings and prepare detailed test reports highlighting defects severity and software quality.
- Track and manage defects using a defect tracking system working with developers/Product Owners for prompt resolution.
- Azure cloud experience and API testing skills (Postman/Other tools) are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Financial/Banking experience.
- Knowledge of Bank Regulatory Compliance (e.g. 1071).
