Test Technician

Renesas Palm Bay Operations team is looking for a Burnin Test Technician.   In this position the successful candidate will perform a variety of manufacturing duties i.e. using measurement equipment to perform functionality testing of burnin boards and test sockets loading test units onto burnin boards loading and unloading board ovens data logging and material handling.

Candidate will need to read schematics debug and complete minor repairs on Burnin boards. Candidate must be knowledgeable on electronic measurements such as voltage current resistance Ohms Law and be able to setup use equipment such as Voltmeter Oscilloscope and Power supplies.

Candidate will be required to work in a clean room environment including wearing clean room garments and ground strap.  Candidates with previous manufacturing experience and multitasking is a plus. 

This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret written instructions. Once trained the candidate will be required to work independently and meet quality and productivity expectations. This opportunity is on a fiveday work week schedule. Both day and night shifts may be available. Majority of work time requires standing.   

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements:

• 2year Electronics Technical School degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficient Windows PC and Office skills especially Microsoft Outlook Access and Excel
• Experience working with work teams
• US Person due to ITAR requirements

Additional Information :

This opportunity is on a fiveday work week schedule Monday to Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm.
