Overview
An HR Recruiter plays a vital role in attracting sourcing and hiring top talent to meet the organizations staffing needs. This position is critical in ensuring a strong and qualified workforce that aligns with the companys goals and values. The HR Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to fulfill staffing requirements maintain candidate pipelines and uphold recruitment best practices.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize various channels to source candidates including job boards social media and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates relevant knowledge skills experience and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and interview questions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
- Manage the entire candidate interview process from application to offer stage.
- Ensure compliance with all local state and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with HR partners to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Participate in recruitment events job fairs and networking opportunities to promote the organization and attract potential candidates.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate and uptodate candidate information.
- Assist in the development of employer branding initiatives to enhance the organizations reputation as an employer of choice.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process and candidate experience.
Required qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter in Non IT (Bulk hiring / Volume Hiring / CAmpus hiring )
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in utilizing recruiting software applicant tracking systems and social media for sourcing and attracting candidates.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
