Overview
The role of Production Manager includes managing daytoday production operations ensuring optimal performance of machinery coordinating with various departments and adhering to safety quality and regulatory standards. The Production Manager will also play a key role in process optimization resource management and continuous improvement of production operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop implement and monitor production schedules to meet the demands of customers and inventory requirements.
- Ensure that all production targets and KPIs are met in terms of volume quality and timelines.
- Continuously evaluate production processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement best practices and lean manufacturing techniques to enhance production efficiency reduce downtime and minimize waste.
- Address any qualityrelated issues promptly and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Lead train and supervise production staff ensuring they are motivated skilled and performing efficiently.
- Manage workforce allocation and resolve any staffing issues or conflicts within the production team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees to support their development.
- Recommend the adoption of new technologies or equipment upgrades to improve production efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular production reports to management highlighting performance issues and areas for improvement.
- Document all production processes changes and improvements to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Collaborate with the R&D team on the development of new products or process improvements.
Qualifications
. Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in Management field.
- Strong understanding of market research and analysis techniques
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
- Understanding of customer relationship management best practices
