Job Description

Job Description:
  • Proven experience in project management IT administration and vendor management.
  • Good understanding of cloud software and ERP systems (Monday.com in exact)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and user accounts.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to provide effective enduser support.
  • Experience with budgeting and cost control in an IT context would be good.
  • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with senior leadership.
  • Ability to develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.
  • Facilitation on onboarding & offboarding of organization members.
Scope/Skills:
  • IT support for an office of 12 in Singapore
  • Fulltime position
  • Offshore (remote)
  • Manage MS365 infrastructure
  • Maintenance/Servicing/setup/replacement of 12 laptops
  • Manage Network and wifi connectivity for the office
  • Manage various other common cloud apps (CRM etc.)
  • Manage various workplace tools on mobile phones
  • Other adhoc IT jobs (projectors printers etc)


Requirements

Experience and Skills:
  • Proven experience in project management IT administration and vendor management.
  • Expertise in managing cloud software and ERP systems (specific knowledge of Monday.com is required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration (managing user accounts infrastructure etc.).
  • Strong problemsolving skills to provide effective enduser support.
  • Experience with budgeting and cost control in an IT context.
  • Ability to develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.
  • Experience with network management (WiFi and office connectivity).
  • Proficiency in managing common cloud apps (e.g. CRM tools) and various workplace tools on mobile phones.
  • Ability to perform ad hoc IT jobs (e.g. managing projectors printers etc.).
Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication skills including collaborating with senior leadership.
  • Ability to provide IT support for a small office (12 people).
  • Fluency in English.
Other Requirements:
  • Experience with onboarding and offboarding of organization members.
  • Familiarity with managing infrastructure for an offshore/remote position.
  • Fulltime availability.

  • Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM SG Time PH Time
