Key Responsibilities:
EndtoEnd Recruitment:Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings resume screening interviews and offer negotiations.
Sourcing Candidates:Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g. job boards social media networking employee referrals) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements for each role and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Candidate Experience:Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process from the initial contact to onboarding.
Employer Branding:Promote the companys brand and values through effective communication and engagement strategies.
Data Management:Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs.
Market Insights:Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitor hiring strategies to ensure a competitive recruitment process.
