Job Description
Job Title: Infra Tech Support Practitioner Oracle Weblogic Application Server Administration
Location: Bengaluru India
CTC: As per market standards
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
Experience: 3 years
Key Responsibilities:- Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems related to Oracle Weblogic Application Server Administration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Oracle Weblogic environments ensuring minimal downtime and high system availability.
- Support server and network areas by implementing hardware/software solutions at the operating system level.
- Perform L1 and L2 troubleshooting for Oracle Weblogic Application Server environments.
- Ensure proper configuration performance and security of Weblogic servers.
- Manage the lifecycle of Weblogic application services including deployment patching and monitoring.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address systemlevel issues and improve system efficiencies.
- Support incident management and contribute to root cause analysis (RCA) for critical system outages.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for issue resolution knowledge sharing and troubleshooting best practices.
- Oracle Weblogic Application Server Administration: Extensive experience in Weblogic server setup configuration and management in production and development environments.
- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Expertise in identifying and resolving issues related to Oracle Weblogic Application Server.
- Operating SystemLevel Support: Experience in providing support at the OSlevel (Linux/Unix) ensuring smooth server and network performance.
- L1 and L2 Troubleshooting: Handson experience in providing basic and intermediate troubleshooting support.
- Linux/Unix Administration: Familiarity with administration tasks on Linux or Unixbased systems.
- Java & Middleware Technologies: Understanding of Java and general middleware technologies to effectively support Oracle Weblogic.
- Networking: A good grasp of server and network concepts ensuring smooth operation across various components.
- Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years in Oracle Weblogic Application Server Administration or related fields.
- Educational Background: A strong educational background in Computer Science or related fields.
- Location: This role is based at our Bengaluru office.
- The ideal candidate will possess a proactive mindset a strong problemsolving attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. They should be comfortable managing critical systems ensuring high uptime and providing support across multiple technologies.
