Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Enterprise Architect to lead the architecture and design for a Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation in the telecommunications industry. This pivotal role involves defining and implementing a futureready SAP landscape ensuring alignment with the organizations digital transformation goals. The SAP Enterprise Architect will provide technical leadership facilitate crossfunctional alignment and deliver scalable SAP solutions that meet the dynamic needs of the telecom sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design and strategy for a Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation including system landscape data migration integration and process standardization.
- Define endtoend SAP solutions that meet the complex requirements of the telecommunications industry covering Finance Billing Supply Chain and Customer Relationship Management.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather business requirements providing SAP solution options that align with best practices and industry standards.
- Ensure the solution supports telecomspecific business processes including subscription and usagebased billing revenue recognition (IFRS 15) and regulatory compliance.
- Establish integration strategy with thirdparty systems and legacy applications leveraging SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) as needed.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the SAP project team guiding them through architecture configuration and integration best practices.
- Oversee the development of the data migration framework ensuring data integrity and consistency in the new SAP S/4HANA environment.
- Facilitate alignment with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure seamless deployment postgolive support and longterm scalability.
- Define and document standards policies and governance for SAP S/4HANA to ensure optimized performance security and maintainability.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field; an MBA or Masters degree is preferred.
- Experience: 15 years in SAP architecture with extensive experience in S/4HANA ideally with a focus on Greenfield implementations in the telecommunications industry.
- SAP Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA SAP BTP and integration tools; handson experience with SAP FI/CO BRIM SD and MM modules.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of telecommunicationsspecific processes such as revenue accounting (IFRS 15) billing customer care and compliance requirements.
- Technical Skills: Experience with SAP Fiori ABAP SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and API integration.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problemsolving abilities strong leadership skills and effective communication to engage with both technical and business teams.
Preferred Skills:
- SAP Certification in S/4HANA or related areas.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and project management principles.
- Experience with cloud solutions and hybrid SAP landscapes.
