Role Overview As the Healthcare Regional Account Manager you will play a critical role in expanding Bloom Health Centers outreach in the DC/MD/VA region. You will be responsible for initiating and managing relationships with healthcare providers and referral sources including doctors offices schools healthcare facilities and individual practices. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to create and distribute engaging marketing materials and lead generation strategies that align with our brand and mission.
This position offers a chance to make a direct impact on patient care and mental health access while shaping the future of Bloom Health Centers outreach and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Outreach & Referrals: Initiate and develop relationships with healthcare providers doctors offices healthcare facilities and schools within the local area to generate referrals.
- Brand Representation: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and maintain a referral presence that reflects Blooms brand. Assist in creating marketing materials (brochures flyers email newsletters etc.) for outreach purposes.
- Client Engagement: Schedule appointments present Bloom Health Centers services and communicate the companys vision and advantages to potential partners.
- Marketing Support: Review and edit marketing copy for consistency and accuracy. Provide feedback on new marketing strategies and materials to support lead generation efforts.
- Travel: Conduct regular field visits (local travel required) to distribute marketing materials visit healthcare providers and discuss Blooms services. This role involves up to 50% travel within the region.
- Administrative Support: Assist the Senior Director of Operations with various tasks as needed including CRM management and project support.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree: Preferably in a related field (e.g. Business Marketing Healthcare).
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in community outreach marketing sales or building client relationships.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with healthcare providers and clients.
- Strong organizational skills time management and ability to work independently.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Office 365 One Drive) and familiarity with CRM systems (or willingness to learn).
- Travel: Must have reliable transportation for local travel (mileage reimbursement provided).
