Job Description
- Lead Healthcare design projects
- Develop/manage project scope schedule and fees for new projects
- Provide additional scope/services requested by client to meet their satisfaction
- Oversee technical completion of projects and other design professionals in the completion of healthcare project design/documentation
- Build/maintain client relationships by attending industry events setting up meetings marketing services and following up on leads
- Manage project team including mentoring training and collaboration
- Bachelor s degree in Architecture required
- Master s in Architecture preferred
- 8 years of experience in Healthcare architectural design and project management
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
