Job Description
- Bachelors degree in mechanical and/or automobile engineering or related field are preferred
- Any graduate with 3 years experience in Automotive Spare part sales
- Proficiency in Hindi and any other Indian language is preferred.
- Proficiency in French language
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Hands on experience in use of any ERP for warehouse management
- Financial management and accounting
- Ability understand and analyze sales data
- ProblemSolving and Decision Making
- Exposure to customer service
- Oversee daily operations ensuring seamless coordination across service sales and parts departments.
- manage inventory monitor budgets and implement costcontrol strategies to drive profitability.
- Key responsibilities include recruiting training and supervising staff scheduling shifts and conducting performance evaluations.
- Handle customer interactions resolve complaints and work to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure shop cleanliness equipment maintenance compliance with safety regulations and accurate recordkeeping of service sales and inventory.
- Regular reporting and collaboration with the sales team are essential to meet revenue targets and improve shop performance
