Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Sr. Software engineer to design develop and support our front end and backend systems. The successful candidate will be able to build highquality innovative and fully performing software in compliance with our coding standards and technical design. Software engineer responsibilities will include development writing code and documenting functionality

Key skills required

Database Normalization and Denormalization

Experience with MVC frameworks like Laravel CodeIgniter Zend etc.

Experience in Core PHP with modern web technologies including cloudbased APIs and protocols (SOAP REST JSON).

Expertise working with ecommerce likes Magento opencart Zen Cart etc

Strong knowledge of MySql database and SQL commands.

Good understanding of HTML CSS JavaScript Ajax and jQuery is required.

Must have experience working on high traffic websites/software.

Expertise with issues tracking systems distributed source control (git) and unit testing is an advantage.

Experience working on extremely customized Drupal websites and Responsive design experience with HTML5 and CSS3 is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Business requirements gathering analyzing requirements program design program coding program testing program maintenance and program deployment

Project management support helping management team to estimate the effort required to develop application

Ability to produce clean welldocumented scalable efficient and standardscompliant code with an eye towards performance optimization

Proactively identify issues and develop solutions or recommendations

Mentor junior developers in PHP development

AWork in product development team for our clients

Experience

3 years experience of object oriented PHP development.

2 years of professional experience working in software development

Experience with agile methodologies & full SDLC experience

Bachelors degree in computer science or related field (Freshers dont apply)
