Job Description
Are you ready to cultivate beauty as our Gardens and Grounds Supervisor Set against the breathtaking Twelve Apostles Mountain Range and the stunning Atlantic Ocean were looking for a passionate individual to lead our team in maintaining our lush gardens and grounds.
If you have the skills and enthusiasm to ensure our outdoor spaces flourish we want you on our team!
You will be responsible for guiding the gardens and grounds team ensuring everyone knows their roles. Your tasks will include equipping staff with the necessary tools and collaborating with facilities and horticulturalists. A lead by example attitude is essential!
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English (reading writing speaking).
- Experience: At least 1 year in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
