We are seeking an Outbound Sales Manager to lead appointment scheduling efforts with wholesalers in various industries across the globe.
Job Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Activities:
- Conduct cold calls send emails and utilize other communication channels to schedule appointments with wholesalers.
- Tailor outreach strategies to effectively communicate the value proposition of the manufacturers products.
- Use CRM tools to track interactions and manage the sales pipeline.
Appointment Scheduling:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings between wholesalers and the manufacturers sales or business development teams.
- Manage calendars across multiple time zones to ensure efficient scheduling.
- Provide wholesalers with relevant product information and meeting agendas prior to appointments.
Relationship Building:
- Serve as the first point of contact creating a positive impression of the manufacturer and their products.
- Build rapport with prospective partners fostering interest in longterm collaborations.
Performance Tracking:
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly appointmentsetting targets.
- Generate reports to track outreach success and provide feedback on strategies.
Continuous Improvement:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach tactics.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitors to enhance outreach strategies.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outbound sales telemarketing or appointment scheduling (B2B experience preferred).
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to engage and persuade decisionmakers.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
- Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Cultural sensitivity and the ability to adapt communication styles to different regions and markets.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
