Job Description
Industry: Logistic

Job Location: Petaling Jaya
Job Responsibilities
- On time and optimal consolidation of materials to be shipped together to minimize freight cost
- and maximize service level
- Process the necessary documents required to export Customers shipment
- Prepare outbound documents as per Ministry of Transport required by Consignees.
- Valid Certificate Of Origin & Harmonized Code in system vs supplier invoices
- Forward export cargo details to appointed Freight Forwarding Agent
- Expedite Emergency orders (EMOs) within the given timeline
- Coordinate with warehouse administrator to ensure packing list is send to operation to facilitate the smooth outbound operation.
Job Requirements
- Strong written verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Some logistics and freight knowledge
- SAP / WMS knowledge will be an added advantage
