- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to workrelated problems.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and analyze business needs.
- Design and implement technology solutions to address client challenges.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and project teams.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Mentor junior professionals to support their growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
- Strong understanding of learning management systems and their implementation.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors Learning modules.
- Knowledge of learning and development best practices.
- Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops for endusers.
