Job Description
Position: Registered Nurse Rehabilitation Inpatient
Start Date: 12/5/2024
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: Lawton OK 73505
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Nights 12
Shift Notes: 12 Hour Nights
Weekend Requirements: As needed
OnCall Requirements: No Call

** Travelers start orientation on Tuesdays. Nursing Travelers start orientation on Thursdays**
** BACKFILL MUST BE ABLE TO START ON REQUESTED DATE! Nonnegotiable NO pushed compliance!
Develop and implement total nursing care for patients by assessment nursing diagnosis and patient care plans and provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. Develop systems to provide care to a population including infants children adolescents adults and geriatrics.
Submission Requirements- At least 2 years of experience Required
- Inpatient Rehab Experience Required
- Recent traveler experience highly preferred
Profile Requirements:
- Work History
- Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the specialty
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms taken within the last two years
- Licensure & Certifications (OK State License or compact & BLS AHA NIH)
