Job Description
Position: Occupational Therapy Assistant(OTA)Inpatient
Start Date: 12/3/2024
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: Lawton OK 73505
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days
Shift Notes: Days Start times are flexible base on the unit
Weekend Requirements: Rotation approx 3/Qtr
OnCall Requirements: No Call
COVID19/FLU Requirement: na
Traveler Policy: Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates 50mile radius restriction)
SCRUB COLOR: Red
Specific Policies
- Orientation Allied and Therapy Travelers start orientation on Tuesdays. Nursing Travelers start orientation on Thursdays
- Call Policy On Call paid out with 1 Hour Minimum
COTA to work on the Inpatient rehab unit or the acute care unit. Rehab averages 12 pts. There are options for co treats with PTA in acute care.
Submission Requirements- Will accept new grads
- Recent traveler experience highly preferred
Profile Requirements:
- Work History
- Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the specialty
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms taken within the last two years
- Licensure & Certifications (NBCOT & BLS AHA)
