Job Description
Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Med Surg
Start Date: 12/3/2024
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: Lawton OK 73505
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Nights 12
Shift Notes: 7:00P 7:00A (12 Hour Nights)
Weekend Requirements: As needed
OnCall Requirements: No Call

** No OT/Holiday Rates **
** Allied and Therapy Travelers start orientation on Tuesdays. Nursing Travelers start orientation on Thursdays**
Develop and implement total nursing care for patients by assessment nursing diagnosis and patient care plans and provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. Develop systems to provide care to a population including infants children adolescents adults and geriatrics
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS- At least 1 year of experience Required
- Must be able to work some of the holidays while on assignment
- Recent traveler experience highly preferred
- Can obtain NIH after offer
Profile Requirements:
- Work History
- Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the specialty
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms taken within the last two years
- Licensure & Certifications (OK State License or compact & BLS AHA NIH ACLS AHA Preferred)
