Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of advanced skincare treatments including facials chemical peels microdermabrasion and other noninvasive skincare procedures.
- Conduct comprehensive skin analyses to tailor treatments to individual client needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust.
- Maintain a clean organized and sanitary workspace ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Educate clients on skincare routines treatments and recommended products.
- Stay informed on the latest skincare trends and techniques.
- Support product sales and contribute to the growth of the business.
Qualifications:
- Valid NJ Esthetician License.
- At least 2 years of professional experience as an esthetician.
- Established client base (book of work) is required.
- Strong understanding of advanced skincare treatments and products.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Selfmotivated with a desire to continuously improve and grow professionally.
