Job Description
- Maintaining the billing system generating invoices Einvoice and account statements.
- Performing account reconciliations and resolving clients billing issues.
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.
- Issuing customer account statements and communicating with them to ensure consistency and conformity.
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
- Document sales contracts Invoices.
- Performing daytoday financial transactions including verifying classifying computing posting and recording accounts data.
- Maintains historical records by scanning and filing documents.
- Perform other related duties as requested by the company.
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in accounting.
- Bachelor s degree in accounting or Finance.
- Good command of English.
- Familiar with taxes.
- Ability to reflect on ones own work as well as the wider consequences of financial decisions.
- Organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
