Job Description

  • Maintaining the billing system generating invoices Einvoice and account statements.
  • Performing account reconciliations and resolving clients billing issues.
  • Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.
  • Issuing customer account statements and communicating with them to ensure consistency and conformity.
  • Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
  • Document sales contracts Invoices.
  • Performing daytoday financial transactions including verifying classifying computing posting and recording accounts data.
  • Maintains historical records by scanning and filing documents.
  • Perform other related duties as requested by the company.


Requirements

  • 7 years of experience in accounting.
  • Bachelor s degree in accounting or Finance.
  • Good command of English.
  • Familiar with taxes.
  • Ability to reflect on ones own work as well as the wider consequences of financial decisions.
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
