Overview of the Role:
Our client is seeking a dynamic Senior Executive Assistant/Business Administrator to provide comprehensive support to the President and the Director of Human Resources. This role is essential for ensuring smooth business operations and effective internal communication. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in executive support and demonstrate a proactive get it done attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate communication between the President and stakeholders ensuring timely responses.
Attend meetings take detailed notes and follow up on action items.
Manage the Presidents calendar and schedule appointments.
Prepare reports on project status and performance metrics.
Handle travel arrangements and expense report approvals.
Organize special onsite and offsite events.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business administration or related field.
Minimum of 5 years in an administrative role supporting senior executives.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with travel management systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
