Main Responsibilities:
- Manage daytoday administrative activities and ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain and organize files records and documents in both physical and digital formats.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications including emails phone calls and correspondence.
- Coordinate with various departments and provide administrative support as required.
- Schedule and organize meetings appointments and events and ensure all arrangements are made.
- Prepare reports presentations and other documents as needed.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders to maintain inventory levels.
- Assist in HRrelated tasks such as maintaining attendance records and coordinating interviews.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
- Handle general queries and provide assistance to employees and visitors.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Commerce or any related field.
- Proven experience of 1 to 2 years in a similar role.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Basic understanding of office management procedures and accounting principles.
Education
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
