- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival offering a friendly and professional first impression
- Anticipate and fulfill guest needs promptly responding to inquiries and requests with enthusiasm
- Provide detailed information about local attractions dining options events and transportation in Bengaluru and surrounding areas
- Facilitate reservations for restaurants transportation and entertainment
- Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain relationships with local vendors and service providers to offer exclusive deals and experiences
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Assist in organizing and executing special events or activities for guests
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and services provided
- Stay updated on local happenings trends and cultural events in Bengaluru
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in a customer service role preferably in hospitality or luxury service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Indepth knowledge of Bengalurus attractions culture and local area
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong problemsolving abilities and decisionmaking skills
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
