Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Actively seek out and find new sales opportunities by making cold calls attending networking events and utilizing social media platforms
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and promote services
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and sales growth
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads and manage customer data and interactions
  • Conduct research and keep uptodate on industry trends and competition and use relevant knowledge to develop sales strategies
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by management
  • Create and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients ensuring timely execution and customer satisfaction
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and after the sale is made
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales preferably in a home services or related industry
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Selfmotivated and driven to succeed
  • Knowledge of the home services industry is a plus
