Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Generation:
Identify and prospect potential clients who require logistics services through market research and cold calling.
- Sales Pitches:
Present and promote the companys logistics services (e.g. shipping transportation warehousing) to potential clients over the phone.
- Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients providing excellent customer support and followup.
- Sales Negotiation & Closing:
Negotiate terms pricing and service agreements with clients to close deals and secure longterm contracts.
- Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and address client requirements.
- Achieving Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM.
- Customer Retention & Upselling:
Identify opportunities to upsell and crosssell additional logistics services to existing clients to enhance revenue.
