Job Title: Assistant Manager ThirdParty Risk Management (TPRM)
Location: Bangalore
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant TPRM experience
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct risk assessments for thirdparty vendors focusing on IT security compliance and operational risks.
- Evaluate vendor controls like encryption access management and data security to ensure adherence to standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks in outsourcing and supply chain processes.
- Align vendor practices with frameworks such as PCI DSS ISO 27001 or NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
Requirements
Key Skills:- Expertise in ThirdParty Risk Management (TPRM) and Vendor Risk Assessments.
- Strong knowledge of IT security controls including encryption access controls and data protection.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks like PCI DSS ISO 27001 and NIST.
- Ability to manage outsourcing and supply chain risks.
- Strong communication analytical and reporting skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications:- Minimum 15 years of education (12th 3 years graduation mandatory).
- At least 5 years of experience in IT audits risk management or cybersecurity.
- Proven expertise in conducting thirdparty risk assessments and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical risks into actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication skills to present findings to stakeholders effectively and clients.
