IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Will focus on providing highlevel legal expertise in intellectual property litigation with an emphasis on complex matters related to copyrights patents trademarks and trade secrets.
• Have substantial experience in IP litigation and be adept at advising clients on intellectual property strategy portfolio management and litigation tactics in both federal and state courts.

DUTIES:

• Advise on copyright protection fair use and proper usage.
• Prepare copyright applications and handle licensing and transactions.
• Represent clients in copyright infringement cases.
• Counsel on patentability and patent strategy both domestically and internationally.
• Prosecute patent applications and manage patent portfolios.
• Litigate patent infringement and conduct validity/infringement studies.
• Guide on trademark selection clearance and usage.
• Manage trademark registrations portfolios and anticounterfeiting programs.
• Litigate trademark and counterfeiting cases.
• Advise on trade secret protection and handle related disputes.
• Represent clients in trade secrets antitrust and advertising/marketing litigation.
• Address domain name disputes internet/IP business issues and licensing matters.
• Provide counsel on IPrelated transactions and strategic IP defense/prosecution.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law and in good standing with the CA state bar.
• A minimum of 5 years of IP litigation experience with demonstrated expertise in copyright patent trademark and trade secret law.
• Strong track record of success in handling IP litigation cases in state and federal courts.
• Deep understanding of intellectual property laws and the ability to provide strategic advice on complex matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on client service.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Base Salary Range: $160000 $215000
• Plus performancebased incentives include percentages for origination collections profit sharing and realization rates. We can delve into more details to find mutually beneficial terms.
