Job Description
We are excited to invite applications for the role of Content Moderator with Dutch language proficiency. This position offers an opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring adherence to community guidelines and content policies across our platforms.
Responsibilities
- Review and monitor usergenerated content to ensure adherence to platform policies and community guidelines
- Investigate and resolve reported instances of policy breaches fraud or inappropriate behavior
- Identify and escalate highrisk cases ensuring confidentiality and data security are maintained
- Provide prompt and empathetic support to users balancing platform standards with user satisfaction
- Work with internal teams to improve processes and enhance service quality
- Track KPIs to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Native or fluent in Dutch with strong English skills
- Valid work permit for Spain or EU citizenship
- Familiarity with backoffice operations and content moderation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Exceptional attention to detail efficiency and empathy
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced goaloriented environment
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift schedule including nights and weekends; parttime employment is also available for this role.
