Job Description

We are searching for an accomplished individual to take on the role of leading our partners sales team. This pivotal position will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies managing key accounts and driving revenue growth. Primary Responsibilities and Key Duties

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Lead mentor and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts and new prospects.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with business goals.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading successful sales teams and achieving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional leadership negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
