About Equip:

Equip Sport is revolutionizing access to sports by providing innovative sustainable solutions for communities. With hubs across Europe were making sports equipment accessible to everyone anytime anywhere. Were seeking a Head of Operations to lead and optimize the daily operations of our growing network of hubs stations and customer support services.

Position Overview:

The Head of Operations is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of Equips solutions in the field supporting the growth of our network through the installation of new hubs and continuously improving operational efficiency. This role oversees the field operations team (hub managers and boosters) and the customer service team ensuring high service levels and costeffective operations.

Tasks

Field Operations Management: Oversee the performance of hubs stations and boosters ensuring smooth daily operations.

Planning and Coordination:

  • Develop and execute strategic and operational plans for hub installations and maintenance.
  • Define team priorities and ensure effective resource allocation.

Hub Installations: Manage the execution of new hub installations ensuring timely and highquality deployments.

Procedure Development: Update and optimize operational procedures for customer service and hubs.

Reporting:

  • Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly reports on operational KPIs and team performance.
  • Report specifically on hub performance for sponsors and cities to ensure transparency and maintain stakeholder confidence.

Customer Service: Organize and manage the customer service team to provide excellent support and resolution for user issues.

CrossFunctional Collaboration:

  • Work with the Head of Sales to coordinate new hub launches.
  • Partner with the Head of Software to provide field feedback and improve app functionality.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Hardware to identify issues test fixes and roll out updates.
  • Support the Head of Marketing with hub launch events and booster community activities.

Key Objectives

  • Ensure seamless daily operations and maintenance of hubs and stations.
  • Drive cost efficiency while maintaining high service levels.
  • Support growth by delivering ontime highquality hub installations.
  • Improve operational processes to enhance team productivity and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations management ideally in a fastgrowing or multisite environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and set clear priorities.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset comfortable with datadriven decisionmaking and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working crossfunctionally.
  • A passion for sports and a commitment to Equip Sports mission.
