Position: Advisor of Travel
Do you want to help create unique and unforgettable travel experiences for our clients We are currently seeking a dedicated Advisor of Travel to join our team.
As an Advisor of Travel you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and planning customized travel itineraries for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs and use your expertise to create personalized travel packages that exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and needs
Research and recommend destinations accommodations transportation and activities based on client preferences
Create customized itineraries that meet client budget and time constraints
Book flights accommodations and other arrangements for clients
Provide excellent customer service and address any questions or concerns from clients
Stay uptodate on industry trends regulations and destination information
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and arrangements
Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong knowledge of destinations accommodations and activities a plus but not required
Detailoriented and able to multitask in a fastpaced environment
Proficient computer skills
Passion and a willingness to learn about new destinations and cultures
