Job Overview
As an IT Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to clients with service contracts addressing a wide range of hardware software and network issues. Youll use tools like TeamViewer and FreshDesk to troubleshoot and manage support tickets effectively ensuring swift resolution and clear communication with customers. This position requires a proactive approach to problemsolving as well as strong collaboration with various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Address and resolve client inquiries for those with service contracts ensuring timely support and clear communication.
- Document all support actions and solutions in the ticketing system.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless support and communication.
- Test identify and document errors helping to improve system functionality and customer experience.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Completed IT training or equivalent experience in the IT field.
- Minimum 23 years of handson experience in IT support.
- Strong command of PC hardware network technology and familiarity with ticketing and remote support tools.
- Proficient with Microsoft Windows OS and MS Office Suite.
- Fluent in German (C2 level).
- High service orientation and enthusiasm for learning new products/services.
