Your Job

Your role will be to develop agencydriven revenue growth and actively contributing to the development and improvement of our advertising and marketing offerings. Youll ensure optimal product alignment with market demands and drive strategic growth objectives.

To specify

  • Revenue Development with Direct Agencies:
    • Lead the development of direct revenue from agency partners establishing and strengthening longterm relationships to achieve revenue targets.
    • Monitor agency sales performance providing actionable insights and adjustments to maintain alignment with Sparteos growth objectives.
  • Ad and Marketing Offer Development:
    • Actively contribute to the creation and continuous improvement of Sparteos advertising and marketing solutions ensuring they meet current and future client needs.
    • Incorporate feedback and insights gathered from client interactions to refine our product offerings for enhanced impact.
  • Custom Solution Creation for Client Needs:
    • Develop tailored solutions for specific client needs coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with Sparteos core product capabilities.
    • Utilize client feedback and data insights to propose relevant innovative solutions that drive client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Market Opportunity Identification and Client Feedback Integration:
    • Proactively identify new business opportunities leveraging market knowledge and client insights to anticipate demand and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Maintain active listening practices with clients continuously adapting and evolving Sparteos offerings based on their evolving requirements.
  • Commercial Strategy Definition and Implementation:
    • Collaborate on defining and implementing a demandside commercial strategy that aligns with Sparteos overarching business goals.
    • Set clear objectives and performance indicators aligning the sales teams efforts to ensure consistent delivery on Sparteos sales targets.
  • Crossfunctional Collaboration:
    • Partner with internal teams including product marketing and operations to ensure cohesive delivery of solutions and to optimize the client experience.
    • Contribute to strategic discussions bringing market insights that enhance Sparteos positioning and client offering.

Your profile for this job

  • Proven experience in agency or demandside sales within the digital advertising or adtech sector.
  • Strong understanding of agency dynamics and the ability to develop solutions that meet specific client needs.
  • Experience in custom solution design based on market and client feedback.
  • Team player with crossfunctional collaboration skills to work closely with product and marketing.
