Partnership Manager Lumon Pay

This is a unique opportunity for someone with a background in real estate who excels in clientfacing roles and is eager to apply their skills in a new exciting environment.

About the Role:

As a Partnership Manager at Lumon Pay youll be at the forefront of our strategy for growth working closely with our established partners and new prospects to increase revenue drive referrals and deliver exceptional service. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build on your real estate experience while transitioning into a more businessfocused partnershipdriven environment.

Reporting to the Regional Partnerships Manager you will manage relationships with key partners driving new business opportunities and ensuring the success of our mutual clients. Youll collaborate with professionals from various sectors helping our partners grow and ensuring that Lumon Pay delivers the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Increase partner referrals: Develop strategies to increase the volume and quality of referrals per partner driving revenue growth.
  • Train and support partners: Provide training and guidance to partners to improve their referral processes and help them achieve their business goals.
  • Achieve revenue targets: Consistently meet or exceed new business revenue targets through effective partner collaboration.
  • Ensure smooth referral processes: Work with internal teams to ensure that referrals are successfully processed and converted into business.
  • Embody Lumons values: Consistently demonstrate Lumons core values in all aspects of your work and interactions.

Who Were Looking For:

We are looking for someone with a background in real estate or a similar clientfacing role who thrives in a relationshipdriven environment. If youre passionate about business development excellent at managing relationships and looking for a new challenge this is the role for you!

You should be:

  • A relationship builder: You have experience managing longterm client relationships and know how to turn these into profitable partnerships.
  • A strong communicator: You can confidently engage with a range of people from partners to internal teams and communicate clearly and persuasively.
  • Highly organised: You excel at managing your time effectively juggling multiple priorities to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Customerfocused: You understand the importance of delivering an outstanding experience for your partners to drive business success.
  • Resultsdriven: You have a proven track record of achieving targets and are always seeking ways to improve.
  • A positive problem solver: You approach challenges with a cando attitude always looking for solutions and opportunities.
  • Fluent in English and French: As this is a clientfacing role a high level of spoken and written English and French is essential.
  • Multilingual (a plus): Additional language skills are highly desirable and will be considered a plus especially in markets where we have active partnerships.
