Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates for various positions within the banking and financial technology sectors.
- Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through direct sourcing and referrals.
- Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the banking domain.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills and compatibility with company culture.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the needs of the organization.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Monitor industry trends and maintain knowledge of competitive practices in recruitment.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
- Prepare and present regular recruitment reports to management.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business or related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter preferably within the banking or financial technology sectors.
- Indepth knowledge of recruitment processes and the ability to implement effective sourcing strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and online job portals.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience with a strong background in banking recruitment preferred.
- Experience with candidate assessment and selection techniques.
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools and techniques including social media recruitment.
- Previous experience working in a fintech environment is a plus.
