Job Description

Our respected Client a leading European real estate investment development and management company is looking for an Office Property Management Director highly experienced in office asset environments.

CZ/2407/OPMD

/based in Prague or Brno/

About the Role:

The Office Property Management Director will be responsible for overseeing the management and operations of the office properties within our clients portfolio in the Czech Republic.
This role involves ensuring the property portfolio is maintained to the highest standards optimizing the financial performance and delivering excellent service to tenants.
The successful candidate will lead a team of property managers and work closely with multiple departments to achieve the Companys strategic goals.

Tasks

  • Oversee the daytoday operations of office properties ensuring high standards of maintenance safety and security.
  • Develop and implement property management strategies that enhance the value and performance of the properties.
  • Lead and manage a team of property managers providing guidance training and support.
  • Monitor and analyze the financial performance of properties preparing regular reports on occupancy revenue and expenses.
  • Maintain strong relationships with tenants addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with leasing teams to support tenant retention and attract new tenants.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Manage budgets for property operations and capital expenditures.
  • Oversee vendor contracts and ensure services are delivered as per agreements.
  • Implement sustainability initiatives and improve the environmental performance of the properties.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in real estate business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management preferably within the office sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting.
  • Indepth knowledge of property management best practices and local regulations.
  • Fluency in English & Czech.
