Job Description
What youll do
- Assist in daily housekeeping operations including room inspections and inventory management.
- Support the front desk with guest checkins checkouts and reservations.
- Provide personalized guest services responding to inquiries and requests promptly.
- Collaborate with the Guest Experience team to organize and coordinate special guest activities and events.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the property.
- Address guest complaints or issues ensuring swift and efficient resolution.
- Help manage guest feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Assist with the coordination of housekeeping schedules and staff shifts.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to develop knowledge of hotel operations.
- Work closely with different departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Qualifications :
What we are looking for:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- European nationality of possibility to get the student visa for Spain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to different tasks.
- Teamoriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.
